Use Ginger Gem to dress up mesclun, avocado, tomato and carrots to pair your perfect salad!
Recipe suggestion as a marinade:
In a tin pan or Pyrex place 4-6 pieces of salmon and pour a 1/2 bottle (or entire bottle) of Ginger Gem on top. Preheat oven to 350 and place covered for 30min.
As a side dish slice 2 zucchinis and place it in a separate tin pan.
Drizzle some olive oil and a little salt and cook for the same amount of time. Easy, quick and healthy meal under 30min.
